AN ORIGINAL OR CERTIFIED COPY OF A PRIMARY PHOTO IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT

A valid passport issued by Commonwealth or by a foreign government for the purpose of international travel, that:

  1. Contains a photograph and signature of the customer in whose name the document is issued;
  2. Is issued by United Nations or an agency of the United Nations; and
  3. Is written in a language that is understood by the person carrying out the verification (must have English language).

A valid driver license issued under a law of a State or Territory or equivalent authority of a foreign country for the purpose of driving a vehicle that contains a photograph of the customer in whose name the document is issued, such as learner permit and boat/marine license;

A card issued under a law of a State or Territory for the purpose of proving the person’s age which contains a photograph of the person in whose name the document is issued, such as PROOF OF AGE card;

A national identity card issued for the purpose of identification, that:

  1. Contains a photograph and the signature of the person whose name the document is issued;
  2. Is issued by a foreign government, the United Nations or an agency of the United Nations; and
  3. Is written in a language that is understood by the person carrying out the verification.
